On March 13, 2016, the SoCal Golden Gloves tournament kicked off, and Outlaws Boxing Club came in swinging! Two of our warriors stepped into the ring in the 143 lbs novice division.
First up, Juan Juarez faced off against Joel Coronado from Ramirez Boxing. With sharp technique, Juan dominated the fight, securing a brutal first-round knockout victory.
Next, Toby Ramos battled Laron Bundley from TG Boxing Gym in a hard-fought, action-packed showdown that went the distance. Despite Toby's grit and determination, the judges awarded the decision to Bundley.
Juan advances to the next round and will be back in action on Saturday, March 15. Stay tuned as he continues his quest for Golden Gloves glory!
