What should I bring to my first class?

For your first class, bring a water bottle, comfortable workout clothes, and boxing gloves if you have them. We also have glove rentals for $5, if you dont have any gear.

Do you offer classes for beginners?
Yes! We offer classes for all levels, including beginners. Our experienced trainers will guide you through the basics to ensure a comfortable start.
